This class is designed for those who are curious to unlock the secrets of front splits, middle splits, standing splits, and flying splits. Our expert instructors will guide you through efficient techniques and drills to help you finally progress in your flexibility for splits.

Splits are a challenging but rewarding yoga posture that requires strength, flexibility, and a deep connection to your body. But splits are not just about physical flexibility; they also require a deep sense of trust in your body and its ability to achieve this challenging pose. With the right guidance and support, you can learn to trust your body and achieve your personal flexibility goals.

What to expect:
We will unlock what’s stopping you to reach your goals! Expect to get flexy, strong and move through fun and creative movements in a fluid and flowy way implementing special stretching techniques.

About your host: 
As a certified 500H Yoga teacher, I specialize in flexibility and strength through Vinyasa and Yin practices. A decade ago, I suffered from physical imbalances, stiffness, and pain in my back and hips. Then one night, my boyfriend suggested I try Yoga, and after my first 90-minute class, I was hooked.

What I learned is that Yoga is not just about stretching and chanting, but a varied, challenging, and fun body movement practice that can also build strength and calm the mind. As someone who is easily bored, I struggled to build a regular practice until I found a way to make it fun, fluid, and creative.

That's why I design trainings that actively build flexibility and strength through energizing and creative sequences, workshops, and retreats. My goal is to help my students feel great and energized in their bodies, while also enjoying the mental benefits of Yoga. So if you're like me and want a body movement practice that's not boring, but fun and inspiring, join me on the mat!

Suitable for:
This special class is suitable for everyone, who is already practicing splits or likes to get flexible! We do not recommend this special class for you, if you have never tried splits before. It is perfect to deepen your understanding, trust and practice and you will get the right guidance and support to take your split practice to the next level!

Good to know:
Please feel free to come in your normal working out- clothes and it recommended to train barefoot and in socks. The check-in is open 15 minutes before class and you are more than welcome to enjoy a cup of tea beforewards!
