Full Moon Celebration:

This Full Moon, also known as the Harvest Full Moon or the Corn Moon, is the full moon that occurs nearest to the autumnal equinox. Symbolically, this moon holds significance in various cultural and spiritual traditions, often representing themes related to harvest, abundance, and gratitude. With autumn being a transitional season, the Harvest Moon can also symbolize embracing change and transition. It encourages us to let go of what no longer serves us and prepare for the colder months ahead.

Overall, the Harvest Full Moon serves as a reminder of the cyclical nature of life, the importance of gratitude, and the interconnectedness between humans and the natural world. It’s a time to celebrate abundance and reflect on the rewards of a season of hard work and growth.

What to expect:

Enjoy somatic movements that will help you connect with your body and the space around you. Afterwards, we will move into a heart-opening meditation that will help you connect with your heart center and open yourself up to the transformative energy of the Full Moon. Following this, we will enter the heart of the ceremony, where we will discuss the significance of the Full Moon and its energy. This is a time for reflection and introspection, and you can expect to gain insights into your own journey and path.

You can expect to enjoy:

  • heart-opening meditation
  • pranayama practice
  • insights about this particular full moon & how to use its energy
  • crystal bowls sound bath
