The “Power 80s Pilates Glow" class will set free amount of endorphins to fight the days becoming darker and heats you up as the temperature is dropping. Thalea blends the strength and grace of Pilates with the high-energy vibes of iconic 80s songs to create a dynamic, vibrant and motivating workout experience that cheers both up: mind and body.

Get ready to step into a time machine and groove to the beats of the 80s while sculpting your body and building core strength like never before. This class is designed to be an exhilarating journey through the era of leg warmers, neon colors, and pulsating music.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Feel the Rhythm: We kick off each session with a warm-up that will transport you back to the 80s dance floor. Move and groove to hits like "West End Girls" and "Out of Touch" to get your heart pumping and your body ready for action.
  • Strength and Control: As the class progresses, we dive into classic Pilates exercises with a focus on building core strength, flexibility, and endurance. Channel your inner fitness warrior as we sculpt and tone your muscles to the sounds of songs like "Maniac" and "Maneater".

You are more than welcome to enjoy herbal tea before or after the class in our lounge. The check-in is open 15 minutes before class. The class playlist will be shared for you to take the 80s nostalgia back home.
