Seasonal Aroma Yin- What to expect?
Back by popular demand - our seasonal aroma yin series!
In the summer, we rested from the hustle and bustle, from travel, and from the hot, stuffy U-Bahn. In the autumn, we started to wind down, as leaves fell and temperatures dropped.
Now: the holidays are over, the new year has begun, and the long, cold winter months stretch ahead of us. What better way to follow nature's cue and hibernate for an afternoon of yin yoga and aromatherapy.
Our studio will be a cozy haven of blankets, bolsters, and candlelight as we take a few hours to rest and rejuvenate. The combination of deep stretching, meditation, and essential oils is just what you need to keep you balanced during the darkest time of the year.
