Red light works in depth

It gets your cells moving, supports blood circulation, promotes detoxification and activates cell regeneration.

The red light and near-infrared light rays promote mitochondrial activity, stimulate the formation of new cells and thus support your natural cell renewal and long-term cell health. With regular use, your skin structure improves, your immune system is strengthened — and your entire organism can relax and renew.

SAUNA FAQ

When is the sauna open?

Our sauna is open daily. Monday – Friday: 8:00–20:30 and Saturday – Sunday: 9:00–20:30.
Please note: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday are women-only.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday the sauna is open to everyone.

Are there female-only slots?

Yes. Our sauna is a female-only area on 4 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
On all other days (Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday) the sauna is open to everyone.

How many credits is one sauna visit?

If you’ve already booked a Gym Slot or attended a Fitness Class and want some recovery afterwards, your sauna visit is included. No extra check-in needed.

If you only want to use the sauna, you can simply drop by the studio and check in on-site with 1 credit. This way you don’t take up a Gym Slot or Class spot, and you can enjoy your wellness time without rush.

Can I use the sauna with Urban Sports Club or ClassPass?

Yes, with Urban Sports Club (USC) you can use our sauna. If you’ve been to the gym beforehand or attended a fitness class, you can use the sauna for free afterwards.
If you only want to do a sauna session, simply drop by the studio and check in with USC under (open Sauna Training). No pre-booking is needed.

With ClassPass, sauna / studio use is currently not available.

What do I need to bring for the sauna?

To use our sauna, please bring a large towel you can sit/lie on with your entire body & flip-flops or shower shoes for the wellness area. Whether you go textile-free or in swimwear is up to you.

Please note: In the wellness area, sportswear, street shoes, food and drinks (except water), and phones are not allowed.

Do you offer sauna infusions / oils?

Not at the moment. We currently do not offer sauna infusions or essential oils, and bringing your own is not allowed. If we introduce infusions in the future, they will be carried out exclusively by the Hale. Now team on-site.

What should I keep in mind during my sauna session?

Please shower before entering the sauna. Towel rule: Always sit or lie with your entire body on your towel.
The sauna is a quiet zone: Please stay calm and avoid conversations so everyone can relax.
Listen to your body: If it feels too hot or you feel unwell, leave the sauna immediately. After your session, cool down first, then shower.
The sauna is not suitable during pregnancy.

What type of Sauna is ours?

Our sauna is a Finnish sauna (classic dry sauna) at around 80–90°C. Ideal for deep relaxation, recovery after your workout, and the classic sauna experience.
