Reformer Beginner
Completely new to the reformer game? Perfect Our beginner classes are about you and your start: technology, fun, first exercises, first experiences of success. You strengthen your center and get to know the device safely — with curiosity instead of pressure to perform.
Reformer Intermediate
Do you feel safe on the sled? Then this is your next step. This is where you hold, pulse and file. Deeper, more controlled, more intensive. Please only book this class with previous reformer experience — otherwise the risk of injury is too high.
Reformer Jumpboard
Cardio on the reformer? Yes. Take off with the jumpboard: controlled jumps, flowing movements, pulsating training — for a strong heart and light legs.
Reformer Strength
More is more. We combine the reformer with dumbbells, rings and resistance bands. The result? Deep muscles, posture, body tension — and a fairly intense burning sensation in just the right places.
